I need a code to unlock my car radio for vlvoc70

Step 4: Confirm the code. When the code matches, press the AM/FM button. "SEC" will display on the radio, indicating a successful attempt to enter your radio code.
If you enter the code incorrectly eight times, the display will switch from "LOC" to "INOP." You'll need to leave the ignition on for an hour as described in Part 2 before you can retry.
Write the radio unlock code in a safe place such as in your owner's manual for future use.
Most car dealers will charge you a lot of money just to get the code for you. If you follow the right steps, you can get the code for free and be able to start listening to the radio again in just a few minutes!

If the code is not at the back of your manual, try 0000 and if the radio locked it self from taking any more codes. Just disconnect the battery and that will reset the radio so you can re-enter the code. If 0000 did not work then log on to Radio-code.com, you can get your cod there for like $12.00 which is cheaper then the dealer and you get to know the codes as most dealer will just unlock the radio. well the only way to unlock the radio is this,,,there is a 4 digit code stored in the radio you need to get it from the radio,you must press and hold radio preset buttons 1 and 2 for 5 seconds and then a 4 digit code will appear,write down that code and respond to me so i can get you the unlock code,,only dealers can get the unlock code,i need to call saturn with that code thats in the radio to get you the unlock code,and then you enter the unlock code and you good to go,,,or you can take it to saturn and they may or may not do it for you for free,,but if you want just get back to me with the unlock code

They are all random codes that are stored in the radio. The radio can lock it's self with possible 10.000 differant codes. You will need to take it to the dealer to have them use the gm scaner to retreive the code that is in the radio then they call the gm headquarters and those egg heads give an unlock code for the car. if you do not have original anti-theft radio code you will need to remove radio and retrieve s/n off of radio. once you have that you can go into nearest honda dealer and with s/n they can give you correct radio code

You will need to take the car to a dealership to have the service department unlock the radio for you. They have a special code to unlock the radio and then you are required to change the code to one that you will remember. An appointment should not be needed because this takes about 5 minutes. I do not remember the code, sorry.
