Took it to the shop and they said it was a fuse. they got the passenger side window and all power locks working but now they have stopped and I cannot find the fuse thats bad

Likely a bad master switch (the main window switch located in the driver's door). All other switches seek ground through the master switch so the effect quite often is the master switch can cause loss of window power on other doors. Given that the driver's window has also now quit makes this switch even more suspect.

change out the window's drive motor, the teeth on the drive shaft have most likely broken off as they are plastic.

The Regulator will fix the problem. The tracks might also need a little adjustment.(loosen bolts move track then retighten) Try holding the window while you are rasing it you might be able to guide it up so that it will close a bit more.

take the switch apart and clean it check for power to the switch and also check the ground
