SOURCE: Burning rubber smell inside car-2003 CTS Cadillac

Diagnosing this will be subject to a process of elimination. It could be the radio, blower motor or any other accessory particularly ones with moving parts; Try switching those off and try to note when this problem occurs and what is on/whatyou are doing. Something is getting hot causing the smell so it will be a situation where the accessory will have to run a while before doing it. It is a possibility that there is an electical curcuit overheating, but less likely. Lets rule out accessories first and give us an update. GL

SOURCE: 2004 CTS Cadillac front passenger turn signal bulb is out.

Actually no you don't. Crank your steering wheel all the way to the right so yo have the maxumum clearance for your hands and arms in the front of the wheel well. Remove the plastic clips that hold the wheel well splash guard and pull it back enough to allow access to the interior of your bumper.
Replace bulbs as needed.
Yes, a jack is nice and makes it a touch easier to access, but I did this in an AutoZone parking lot during a cross country road trip.
5 mins tops to complete.

SOURCE: 2003 Cadillac CTS - the car won't shift from park

sounds like you have a bad brkae light switch, which is located on the brake pedal assembly. a bad switch will not let you shift out of park and you will not have any brake lights as the car does not recognize that the pedal is being pushed and brakes engaged. easy to replace switch if you are handy, if not this is a inexpensive repair at any mechanic. hope this was helpful is so please rate 4 thumbs.

Front brakes continue to squeak.

to help with pad squeel when you take brake pads out clean all rust from the caliper where the pad slides and put some copper grease on the areas that contact this should help, while you have caliper off check the slider pins too as they may have rubber stuck to them, if they do buy new pins or scrape rubbish off and copper grease them up too, hope this helps.

Squeaking/grinding noise when turning the wheel

Are the front brake pads ok? Some have squeal indicators, it is a tin plate that touches the disc (without damaging) to warn you that the brakes are worn. On the initial stages it will happen more so on slow cornering but will quickly get louder over a matter of days.
Check the pads for thickness, should be min 6mm

Get the cv joint checked. It sounds like that is the problem.I would also look at the brakes. If the sound is worst when you turn right,it may be the cv.This is on a left hand drive vehicle.I hope this helps

Hearing noises from the driver side front and rear wheels

Jack up that side of the car and turn the wheels by hand to narrow down where the noise is comming from. You may have binding of brakes, if you are driving slow down the road and let the steering wheel go does the car pull to one side ? does it get worse if you touch the brake ? If it does, check the front.

A metallic squeaking sound from the front driver side wheel well

On your brake pads there is a wear indicator tab. This is a metal tab that protrudes just past where the brake lining almost ends. It is there as an indicator that your brake pads are nearing the end of their life cycle and it is time to change them.
