Your car already has a fuse box diagram located on the inside of the fuse box lid. However, in case its missing from there, follow these two links and you will know everything about fuses:
1. http://mitsubishifuseboxdiagram.blogspot.com/2012/09/fuse-box-mitsubishi-eclipse-diagram.html
2. https://tearstone.com/2000-2002-eclipse-service-manual/
It is located in the relay and Maxi fuse box under the hood near the battery, both the fuel pump fuse and relay are in this box, the fuel pump fuse is a 20Amp and is marked #10, the fuel pump relay is is marked as relay #301.
There is also a fuel pump cutoff switch (triggered by an accident exceeding 3 G's)
The fuel pump shut-off switch is
located in the passenger's foot well,
by the kick panel.
located under the hood in the fuse and relay box. open the box you will see the first 2 relay, the fuel pump relay is the one on your right hand, next to the fender.
Check the fuel system
to make sure it's getting gas. Take the back seat out and turn the
ignition on without cranking the car. You should hear the fuel pump
make noise for a few seconds as it pressurizes the system and then
turns off. If you don't hear anything, it would probably be the pump or
one of the two relays on the firewall next to the master cylinder.
fuel filter and pump are located under the rear seat you will see a plastic panel towards the middle. the filter is attached to the pump assembly. make sure to open gas cap first to relieve the prssure from the system
it appears that fuse 30 and the relay right beside it are for the fuel pump. the relay is definately for the fuel pump tho. it's located in the fuse panel inside the engine compartment near the battery.
