As I was driving, I tried to switch to my the highbeams, and they did not go on...what happened instead was the wipers went on. I then tried the signals...nothing! I drove the rest of the way home with my daylights on and wipers going because my wipers would NOT go off. The radio, interior lights, dashboard lights all work, along with my brake lights. I need help! Please and thank you kindly.
Sounds like a bad headlight switch causing an electrical short. Take that one in. Don't try it on your own unless u have the electrical knowledge. good luck

Are these interior lights our the headlights? If it is the interior lights, you should pull the dimmer switch and check for a bad connection especially the ground connection on the back side. If that is okay, you may need to buy a new switch. If it is the headlights, check for a bad relay.

Very possible you may have a faulty voltage regulator. I would have it tested which many places do for free.

Check the battery cable ends to be sure they are tight and wont twist, I had this happen on my 96 grand caravan two years ago.

there is a module that controls all those things (usually under the left kick panel). Check with a dealer, or under dodge forums.
