I just purchased a 2003 Honda Accord and have discovered carpet getting wet and can not find problem. Took it to window glass specialist and no leaks in windshield or rear glass. No leaks from drain lines in sunroof. Did notice water inside door around interior rocker on right front. However it was raining along with water on weather strip on same side front. Looked and no water showing on drivers side around weather strip or inside on rocker. Carpet also wet on right rear but no water showing around door or rocker in rear.
It sounds like a plugged drain line from the air conditioner. Most cars now run in the a/c mode whenever u turn on the climate control (even when heat is on). The passenger side front is where it would be wet, and the carpet and carpet pad act like a sponge and will soak up the water. Let me know how u make out.

I have a 2003 Honda Accord 2dr LX and have been taking my car in for the past year and they still have not fixed the problem. Every single time I take it in they tell me they can't figure it out? It only leaks when it rains in the drivers side rear floor-board. Its currently in the shop again the third time in the past 2 months! Any assistance please!!!
same problem with a1994 accord - rear floorboard wet when it rains - very wet. it's definitely NOT from a stopped up drain on an AC evaporator...
