It all started after I went through a pretty deep puddle, and i believe water splashed into the engine. It would go nonstop, and only stopped when the battery died.
The problem is caused by the Airbag Module that contains the Horn button contacts is warped from heat, this causes the horn to sound, you must replace the Airbag on the steering wheel to correct this, Refer to disarming instructions for the Airbag, it can be very dangerous as it is an explosive device.
