SOURCE: 1981 corvette blower motor getting

Check the blower speed control resistor pack, it is located in the air stream near the blower motor, that is most likely the cause of the inop blower, but be warned if the blower is drawing to much current due to wear the resistor will fail again, I believe the connector has four wires, 2 are heavy Gage

SOURCE: 2000 Blazer. No power to the orange wire for

The orange wire is the power wire for both seats. It gets its power from the power seat circuit braker (20 amp) located at the body relay block. It is located behind left side of dash near fuse block. Remove circuit braker and check for power in body relay cavity that you pulled the relay out of if power is on one side change circuit braker and if no power on either side then you have a bad main fuse near battery or under hood in main fuse block. SOURCE: 1981 corvette seat conversion

you will need to pull off the four retaining nuts holding seat in place. Measure the length and width of bottom support frames. Many seats are interchangable.

1982 Corvette fuse relay location and do you have to drop the gas tank to replace the fuel pump?

Yes, you need to remove tank.
There is a fuel pump test connector, either a single wire connector in engine compartment, left side, OR terminal G of the ALCL, the diagnostic test connector under the dash. Put battery voltage there and see if pump works.
Diagram also shows a fuse for the pump, probably in the dash's fusebox. The relay is probably is there also.

I have a 1980 corvette and no power to the blower fan switch?

I had the same problem on my 80 vette several months ago. The blower relay is located on the firewall top side (engine compartment, passenger side). It is a silver rectangle about 2"x1"x1" . Pull out the wiring plug and check to make sure it hasn't melted due to a loose connection. NAPA sells a new plug that can be spliced into the wiring harness. Let me know if you have any questions.

well your in luck i just removed mine today lol. there are 5 1/4 inch screws on the bottom side of the dash on the passenger side of the car remove them pull the plastic cover down and disconnect the light mounted on the piecce you just removed next make sure your battery is disconnected cause it may fry it if power is connected. Next you will need a 10mm look straight up you will see the box it is aluminum with 2 wire harness attached. There is a metal clip holding it attached pull it back and un hook the harness then it will slide right out.

Battery light stays on

Many possibilities but the alternator is a good place to start, if its plug is loose, then the green relay inside the center console just to the left and slightly in front of the emergency brake will be clicking in connecting and disconnecting the battery( one loud click per time). It will need replacing or simply disconnecting works for the short budget.
