It is for the Airbag supplemental restraint system (SRS.)

The SRS warning indicates the airbag system is deactivated due to a fault. Not sure what the other light is. Check your owner's manual to see what the lights mean.

What was your reset procedure? It should have been done with the yellow 2 pin check plug for SRS. The SRS system is isolated electrically from the rest of the vehicle systems, perhaps you got something loose under the dash while looking for the SRS plug, it is around a bunch of wiring. Also, if the light came on there is a failure. You should be getting the code read, it could be important. If the failure is a seat belt, they are covered by Honda on a lifetime warranty, at least in the USA. Did you check fuses in all the fuse boxes, under hood and under dash?

The SRS airbag light kept on because the BCM detects there is a fault in the SRS system and the air bag light is on the system is not working and will not deploy while the accident happened. So it is very dangerous. Then you have to reset your airbag.

To reset the SRS light on an Acura Integra, pull down the SRS service connector. Unplug this connector so you have access to jump the harness. Start with the ignition OFF. Jump the SRS plug. If the srs light is on than there is a problem with the srs system. If the system completed its self check upon startup the light would go out. You can spend a couple grand for a scan tool capable of reading and clearing the codes or spend a hunderd bucks or so to have it checked out. The hundred dollars doesn't seem so bad once it's in perspective.

Replace the airbag lamp in the cluster, and get the LFC ( Light Flash Code ) to figure out what the problem is with the SRS.
The 5x5 beeping is an indication that there is a SRS problem waiting and the airbag light cannot give the LFC. Page 105 in the owners manual.

Once you replace the airbag light, you will get a LFC that is a 2 digit number presented by the flashes.
Example is a LFC of 42, the airbag light would flash 4 times, pause flash 2 times pause and repeat.

Once you have the LFC, either start a new problem, or add a comment to this problem with the number for further diagnoses.

Dirty contacts on driver and passenger seat belt buckles

Dirty contacts on seat belt connectors (under seats)

Dirty contacts on driver and passenger sides weight sensors (under seat)

Seat covers

Weight on passenger seat
(Example: grocery package trigger SRS / Air Bag light on the way home.)

I recommend you to pass an vacuum over the contacts and use CRC electronic parts cleaner to rule out connectivity problem.

I DO NOT recommend disconnecting the negative battery connector to clean the code(s).

Without the code(s) the dealer will takes "BILLABLE" time to reproduce the problem.
