Where are the fusable links located - 1993 Ford Mustang

Check at the starter pos. battery post.

If you look at your starter wires there should be fusiable links there

the link is closer to the starter cylnoid

Fusable links usuall don't have a diagram ,,,, the protect major electrial circuirs or coponants ie Alternator, Glow plugs, Battery, Aug power systems etc and are a serious fuse .60A - 100A normally , located as close to the battery "+" terminal and with heavy single wiring or in the under the hood fusebox (large oversized fuses). When the fusable links blow it's a major short in the wiring/circuitry.....

The fusible link is a WiRE with a connector socket.
Most of the fusible link is located at the engine bay fuse box/relay.It is use as a main power source fuse for high amperage voltage.

the link is a black like thing that is between the two this is why it it called a fusable link well just follow the lime from the a/c down the wire to it and that s it

check fuse box. radio also has its own fuse in back. fusable links may have burned up. replace a fusable link with a fusable link (very important) and any wireing that may have fried. good luck

What year is it? Most cars fusable links are the small wire off of the starter solenoid.
