Also, the 4-Wheel Drive gear shift will not come out of 4H. Could you please offer me suggestions on what to do. Thank You.

Hi welcome main problems are the abs valves causing the 3 dash lights (search 3 amigos online) a really badly sited compressor can cause air suspension models to fail giving the bags a slow leak the V8 is a solid engine but can have radiator expansion tank and cap failures
the other issue is electrics windows and door looms are problematic
Mr. White, for the Power Steering starting winning four things are happening. 1. not having Power steering fluid enough in the fluid can, Check it. 2. The Pressure and one way valve either is seized, blocked from any dirt, 3. The Power steering pump itself worn inside ( blades worn) or 4.any Dirt ( mud ) built up inside if the fluid never changed and makes narrow flow of fluid and dropped the flow pressure.
The noise is because the oil level is low and the pump is reverburating. Look at the bottom of the steering box, its usually the lower oil seal that leaks. If it is the steering box , then i suggest you take it to a mechanic to replace the seal, because to remove the drag link arm is very difficult without proper pullers.
