Toyota liteace no compression.done head
You could be out of time, have bent valves, bad pistons, or one of a number of problems. You have to start out with is the cam and crank in time and go from there. You must remember to start at the basics and procede one step at a time and don't skip anything. Usually you'll find that the cause is looking right at you. Once you know the cause then you can plan your repair route.

Tools req. and approx difficulty level(1-10)for
to check the brakes you can look through the wheel to see the pad thickness(1/8th min)then run you finger over the disc(rotor)to make sure you don have to much of a lip around the edge.(1/32 max.)as rotors only last around 40k and pads around 30k, i would change both together, difficulty 3/10 for diy mech.tools req pliers/mole grips(to grip brake pipe)/tyre iron(to force pistons apart, take off filler cap first)phillips screwdriver to take out screw in rotor, and a hammer
to release rotor from rust on the back of it.a range of metric spanners/sockets.to remove caliper from bracket and copper grease for the back of the new pads(to stop them squeeking).
put together the opposite of taking them apart, keep all bits in hubcap on top of wheel(you never have bits left over if you do this...)and prise apart pistons before you take caliper off the car, then apply molegrip to rubber pipe so they dont close up.

Oil light came on no oil in
You need to find a major leak. If you don't see leaking it may be blowing by through the exhaust. put your usual oil in and see what happens to the oil.

Clicking when turning on ignition
A rapid clicking when you turn it to start? If so, the battery is almost dead or there is a bad connection somewhere. The battery posts, battery cables, connection at the starter, or negative cable connection at the frame or engine.

CAR GETS HOT AND I THINK ITS
When the car is cool i would remove the coolant (radiator) tank cover and start the car then check to see if there is flow in the tank and see if the coolant level is really low if so fill it up to the proper level but ifthis is ok look to see if there is any flow in the radiator you should be able to see the water flowing around in the radiator or tank.
If you do not see any flow i would check the water pump outlet hose to see if there is any pressure if not then i would try to replace the water pump but if there is good pressure I would suspect the thermnostat it could be stuck shut thus not allowing the water to flow through the engine. in this case replace it.
And finaly if the radiator it'self is clogged it wont let the water circulate thru the system thus overheating the engine and you might even have a faulty thermostate temperature sensor but since you are saying that the fan is kicking on like it should i would not suspect this ok
I hope all of this is very helpful for you
Best regards MIchael

Where is the fuse panel located on a 1995 previa
Hello, and thanks for choosing FixYa for assistance.
The fuse panel is under the 'hump' in the center of the dashboard.
There is a small latch that you release, it is directly above the radio.
The center section of the top of the dash will lift up, revealing the fuse panel.

My 1995 Previa check engine light goes on and off
My Previa was doing the exact same thing and it turned out to be a LOT of carbon deposits in the connecting passage between the throttle body and EGR valve. It just needed cleaning. That little passageway tends to get clogged on Previas a lot.

How to check transimission fluid
With the engine running at normal temperature (a drive around the block will do this) and in park, open the hood of the car and locate the transmission oil dip stick. The ATF fluid level should be in the cross hatched area on the dip stick between "COLD" and "HOT". If it falls between in this area, do not add any fluid as an overfill condition can lead to problems.

1995 toyota previa fuse panel where is it
The fuse panel is located on TOP of the center of the dash, just above the AC controls. The D shaped cover lifts off.
Under the front lip of the large D shaped cover, right in the center is a button, push the button while lifting up and pulling rearward.
All of your fuses and relays are located underneath, as well as your OBD connector.
