88 toyota pick up v6 keeps blowing efi fuse

You will almost certainly have to visit a technician for a diagnosis. It is unlikely to be something that an inexperienced end user can sort out I am afraid. GOOD LUCK

Most vehicles have a horn relay, which should be in a fuse box under the hood. Toyota is usually pretty good at identifying the various relays and fuses in the fuse box. Also an aftermarket horn could be drawing more amperage than an original equipment unit, causing the fuse to burn. This last statement is purely conjecture.

Really hard to start first time of the day but runs fine after started

Does it give blue smoke from tailpipe when first started? If so, bad valve guide seals are letting oil slowly seep into cylinders overnight, fouling plugs on startup.
