How many amps does the fuel pump on a 2003 jeep
A top fuel engine isn't your backyard "hot rod" (block alone is worth more than three of whatever you are driving)
And, I ran several shops that all boasted a less than 2% "come-back" rate with regards to not having fixed the problem the first time. (try and find a shop that can say that)

What should the amperage be for a fuel pump relay
A relay should not draw amps it is only a switch. (OK perhaps a .02millivolt drop between the "in" volts and "out" volts) You should have 12volts or better (running voltage) at the pump harness connection and a good ground.

The check engine light has come on in a 2003 jeep
a p0303 is a cylinder number 3 misfire, which means that the computer is reading that the number three cylinder of the engine isn't contributing as much power as the others. usually is just a tune-up issue, i would suggest checking or replacing tune-up components. that will usually handle it.

My jeep ticks constantly and the front end shakes
likely two unrelated problems. If you have good oil pressure (usually around 40psi) your lifters are sticking or you have wear on lifters, cam, rocker pivots (pick one). Cure can be as simple as using marvel oil in each oil change or replacing whatever has worn. Front end should be thoroughly checked for wear, wheel balance should be checked, tires checked for broken belts etc. Again, change anything that show up as bad.
