2003 Jeep Wrangler sport. When off road in simple

If you have a selec-track NP229 transfer case, likely the viscuous coupler if failing that would account for the shaking at speed and no motion on hill at 2k rpms.
The single wheel spinning at the rear may be that you don't have a posi differential but an open rear, or, the clutches are stuck. (can often be released by changing lube, adding posi additive and then making tight circles in both directions or tight figure 8"s)
If engine is always idling at 2K you may have a vacuum leak somewhere. That can cause other problems with any vacuum operated controls elsewhere in the car.

Target Idle Not Reached (Chrysler, Jeep)

The code P1294 means that the computer is setting a target for the engine to idle at and the engine cannot do it therefore setting the DTC. Solution start by checking or replacing the sparkplugs. Also remove the idler motor from the throttle body and spray it out with carb cleaner. Also spray out the passages in the throttle body that the idle motor use. If that does not fix it you could have another problem like a bad idle motor or something relating to that circuit. Did you replace the TB or make an adjustment to the TPS?

Likely because your vehicle does not have one...many jeeps have a ccv which is a ported fitting in place of pcv...you can clean it out with a thin wire and some carb cleaner.

Jeep shuts down, ac doen't work properly and raido

You have an electrical short and it sounds like it's in the dash. You need to check the wiring. If you have squirls or mice anywhere around they may have gotten up in there to make a home. I had to replace a complete wiring harness thanks to a squirl. Hope that helps you.
