Pcm trouble codes.

You can either use a auto scan tool to clear the code's, or you can unplug the battery negative cable, if you have a anti-theft system you may have problem's after disconnecting the battery?

Find your vacum leak. It is sucking in to much air.

I have a 2003 Jeep

just because the tail lights work doesn't necessarily mean the bulbs are good, many brake/tail lights have multiple filaments in them, you can usually remove a bulb and tell with your naked eye if a filament has failed. Another possibility is a fuse. Are you getting power in and out of that brake light switch?

Dash lights go on and off on big bumps.now will

You had a bad connection and now it has gone completely, check the fuses, it could be a bad fuse as well that has finally given up the ghost or slipped out.

Replaced battery 2 weeks ago, good battery. Twice

It is quite possible that the MAIN GROUND of the battery is not connecting to the CHASSIS. So it will be good to remove the main terminals and reconnect after making sure that the wires make a good contact with the metal chassis. Please check the main positive line to the main link also.

At 45 miles an hours

Check for rocks stuck in tread , check for proper air pressure in tires, jack up each wheel/tire and spin it to see if tire or wheel is out of round (up and down motion) or wheel is bent (side to side motion) . Up and down could be either broken belt in the tire or a bent wheel either one. If it isn't a tire or wheel problem then you need to have a mechanic check steering linkage , ball joints, esp if they haven't been kept serviced regularly.

My 2000 Jeep Wrangler clutch

Hello rquillett.
Between the clutch lever and the clutch master cylinder there is a rod that snaps into the end of the master cylinder. This rod has a ring on the pedal lever end that slips over a pin and is held in place by a retainer clip.
It is possible that over time the bushing in the ring has worn or broken and fallen out allowing movement to rattle.
Of course it could also be the clutch pedal lever itself where it attaches at the top.
Try applying pressure sideways and lifting on the pedal to see if the rattle stops.
I'll send you a diagram of the master cylinder and rod shortly.

I remember the "Parts Replace" routine all too well from my truck. It's probably the fuel filter needing to be changed, clogging up and clogging the flow.

Can not shift into park key will come out of

When ur keycan be pulled out even when ur running the engine or in the"ON" position. U have to replace ur old key or try to use ur spare key and see if it will come out of the ignition switch!

If it can't be pull out, the problem would be the ignition switch have to be replace, 'cause of eroded copper/brass pins inside the switch!
The problem of ignition switch key pull out would be the weight of other things attached to ur key chain! The vibration when ur running and many times u inserted the key, have lost the LUBRiCANT inside.Minimise the WEIGHT of ur key chain so that in the future the ignition key will not have any problem!
Hope that helps u out!

Did you check your ATF level? I have an ATF leak somewhere and when my ATF gets really low my auto trans will keep slipping out of gear until I dump another quart or two of ATF fluid into the trans.

Small oil leak from rear axle cover plate

That cover generally does not have a seal but is glued on with silicone. You can fix the leak by removing the cover and scraping off the glue. Clean both surfaces well and while you are in there look at the remaining lube at the bottom and check for any metal debris. if there is a little there, clean it out. Re-fill the diff through the rubber plug on the cover. Do that on level ground, filling 'till the lube begins to run out. If the leak is from that plug, get one from a dealer or a scrapyard before starting the work. There are a few kinds of silicone...I generally use the red version and have no leaks.
