Hey i got a 1991
The easiest solution is to purchase a battery shut off switch. You can buy them at fleet farm, or an auto parts store. It basically just interupts the flow of electricity from the batter. The bad thing is that you have to hit the switch before you start your car, and after your done driving. But its cheap and alot easier than tracking down faulty electrical components.

Setting the timing in a 1993 subaru justy
If you are talking of the rubber timing belt setting then rotate the cam gear till the timing mark (small hole) on the camshaft gear aligns with the mark on the plastic cover behind it. Mark is on top of plastic cover (12 'o' clock).
Rotate the crank till the timing mark (groove, not the one for the crankshaft woodruff key) on crankshaft gear is aligned with the mark on the bottom of the plastic cover behind it. (6 'o' clock).
Tighten tensioner against timing belt rotate engine a few times make sure alignment of timing marks remain.

Front wheel excel
Get out the axle cotter pin on the axle nut. Loosen the Axle nut while the car is on ground. Loosen wheel nuts. Jack up car and place jack stands underneath. Go underneath car and turn the wheel till you can see the pin through the inner part of the axle, which connects to gear box. you have to take out that pin carefully. hammer pin out from unchamfered side.
Take off wheel remove the axle nut the plain washer and the conical washer.
Now if you don't want to remove the ball joint remove the bolt from the suspension arm, to locate it look at the arm to which the ball joint is connected and trace it to its pivot point.
Pull the complete hub axle assembly in a straight direction, which would remove the inner joint from the gear box. Take a rubber mallet and carefully hammer the axle out from the hub. Please remember that when axle is removed the hub and disc may fall off so be careful.
Please use new axle nut, plain washer, conical washer and cotter pin during reinstall

CHANGE CV JOINT RIGHT FRONT AXEL 1985 SUBARU JUSTY HOW CV JOINT
It's a pretty easy job if you have the right tools and jacks / axle stands.
Too involved to explain here.. Your best bet is to get a Haynes manual for your car at Amazon (they are pretty cheap when compared to what you pay for an auto technician) and follow the simple step by step instructions.

Computer shut down fuel system reset
Hi, Sounds like the immobiliser isn't de-activating. The system will prime when the ignition is turned on and the car will start but then the immobiliser will cut the fuel after 2-3 seconds. Are there any warning lights or led lights staying on. If you have a spare key and haven't tried it then start there first. If you do and neither key works then it could be a number of things including the pick up ring around the ignition barrel but you would need to get the car checked out proffesionally before you start replacing parts. Good luck, Jon.

Why does my 89 justy die when i slow down?
It could be any number of things. The MAP sensor is bad, a severe vacuum leak, the fuel filter is plugged, it needs a tune-up like new plugs & wires etc., the fuel pump is weak or leaking if its a manual one. If the car runs rough at idle have a vacuum test done also, while the car is running at night, open the hood and see if the plug wires are arcing as you will see what looks like small lightning sparks around the wires. The worst case scenario is the piston rings are shot causing poor compression. A repair manual is usually available at the local auto parts store, or shopping center like Wal-Mart and Meijer. I wish you the best of luck.

check all wiring and connectors that lead to the speed sensor. The
location of the sensor depends on your vehicle. The sensor could be on
the rear axle, transmission, or perhaps the wheel hub (brake) assembly. If
the wiring and connectors are OK, then check the voltage at the speed
sensor. Again, the exact procedure wil depend on your make and model of
vehicle. If everything looks OK, replace the sensor.Hope this helps; also keep in mind that your feedback
is important and

Im looking for help with
Sounds like a carb problem, you can buy carb cleaner from autozone to spray in the jets. Also once you remove all the non metalic parts once you remove it you can drop the carb in a gallon bucket of cleaner with a basket thqat comes with it. Carb cleaner removes all the gunk from fuel residue clogging the jets and ports. That gunk clogging your fuel system creates an imbalance in how youre combustion chamber recieves fuel air mixture. Cleaning yourself saves alot of money and you learn somethign about your car at the same time hope that helps :D Good luck

I need to replace the
The outer CV joints are usually the ones that most often need to be replaced for two reasons. One is that the outer CV joints wear more than the inner CV joints because of the steering angles they experience. The other is that the boots on the outer joints are more apt to fail than the ones on the inner joints.
----------------
The outer CV joint is held on the shaft by a snap ring or a lock ring.=======
