This vehicle is new enough it is just the Bulb for the head light. Open the hood and look in the area just behind the head light and you will see the wires leading to it. You should also see a collar looking connection you can unscrew to remove the bulb assembly. Remove this and unplug the bulb and insert the replacement and re-insert the assembly screwing the collar down. Make sure you get the collar screwed back down completely, this is what makes the Headlight assembly water tight.

No, there shouldn't be any kind of noise coming from the differential. A whining noise usually is the ring and pinion or a bearing.

how are3 the gas cylinders...are they supporting the weight of the hatch?
if there is a leak the cylinder cannot support the weight of the hatch itself causing it to sit back down and lock the hatch again.

If you drop by your nearest Lexus Dealership they should have one in stock or can order one, generally overnight. You may find one used on ebay as well from a wrecking yard.

I had an error 4 on my as well, basically the cd would stop playing and the only way to clear the error was to turn off the car and turn it back on! I ended replacing the audio unit.

it still sounds like a camber issue. do you get poor handling or vibrations while driving?

Looks like the window/door control ECU lost it's program while the power was off or low. You need to see the lexus dealer to reprogram the ECU which is done with a sequence of buttons to press.

check your tire pressures and then press the tire pressure monitoring recalibrate button under your steering wheel on the lower instrument panel.

I had the same problem. Initially when I purchased new RX330 I started complaining about acceleration hesitation but Dealer ship did not pay much attention.
Now at 70,000 miles It makes loude noise down shift and reverse.
Lexus should recall for Trasmission.

If you recently replaced your battery, you may just need to reset the window controls from the driver's door. To do this put the passenger window down using its control, then hold the button to put the window back up and continue holding the button for an additional 5 seconds. I just did that on mine and they started working again.

I had the same problem when my battery died on me. The windows did work eventually on their own after driving for a week or two, thus allowing the battery to fully charge. I suspect the same might happen also in your case, as new batteries not necessarily fully charged (depending on how long they have been sitting on the shelf when it was sold to you). I suggest if the problem does not go away in a week or two that you get the battery replaced again from the same place you got it from.

The lexus 2004 RX330 owners maual doesn't have the maintenance schedule in it. No charts, no recommended replacement of parts, fluids. Where do I get the RX330 maintenance schedule? ...and not just at what mileage service is due!
