Will not start has POWER GOING TO STARTER BUT WILL NOT CRANK OVER

If power to starter, it has to be the starter solenoid. or the starter itself. God-Bless!

I was driveing down road car died out of nowhere and will not start have spark at plugs. think it is a fuel issue

Do you hear the fuel pump when you turn the key? Might be a bad pump. You can try banging on the fuel tank with a rubber mallet as this will often get the pump going, but if that works, you will want to replace the fuel pump ASAP.
