Can not revese judders when going forward
First, check the transmission's fluid level for being below level.
The transmission's reverse solenoid may be bad, if it jidders on going forward, the clutches could be worn out in the 1st gear.
At any rate, it sounds like it may need a transmission rebuild if the level is ok and it is malfunctioning this way.
My central locking unit button
Inside your car turn off the ignition and press and hold the central
locking switch in the car itself (don't let go yet). You should hear the
doors double lock. Then the light on the dashboard should stop flashing
and stay on fully. Whilst STILL (!) pressing the central locking switch
press the key fob/blip. Then you can let go of the central locking
switch.

Check fluid level first, but if you were hearing rattling, it might be too late to fix with just fluid.
fan belts don't make noise, but the pulleys they are connected to can make the noise you describe.

Hi have no idicators, central locking, fans inside
Is the engine starting?
Not sure I have understood the problem. Please confirm if this is correct.
1. the indicator lights on your dashboard do not come on (green lights). Are you saying the green left and right arrow lights do not turn on when you turn the indicator lever up or down. Do you see the outside orange lights flashing?
2. central locking is not working
3. the ABS and Airbag lights on dashoard are on
4. what happens to the fan. This is no clear either.

you have to check ALL fuses because some fuses feed other fuses and are not labeled as such on the fuse panel. start with the cig. lighyer/power socket fuse. i believe the horn goes through those fuses but do check them all under dash and under hood

Check ground cable at battery for loose coneection or corrosion.
Check fuse to instrument cluster
There may be a light dimmer switch that will brighten the instrument lights, check that to see that it works.

Sounds like you have a blown fuse for your power door locks. Open your car's owner's manual, and locate the fuse in the fusebox, and check to see if it's blown. If it is, and you replace it, and it blows again.

My gearbox is stuck in 2nd gear
the pcm prolly has picked up a problem with the transaxle, pcm puts the transaxle in "limp mode" which will keep it n 2nd or 3rd depending on the programing try checking the codes to see if it has speed sensor or solonoid failure codes. clear them, n c how long it takes to come back
