Where is the horn locatd??
It's in front of the drivers front wheel. Pull back the inner fender and you should see them.
If the horn is not working and possibly the cruise as well as an illuminated airbag light, then the clock spring behind the steering wheel is the usual problem.

How do i drop the fuse box to replace the bcm
Unscrew the two bottom plastic covers. With a 1/4 ratchet and 5/16 socket remove three black screws holding the fuse panel to it's mounting bracket. one screw is on the left side and two screws are on the right side all facing toward the driver. Unplug the two large wire connectors from the bottom of the BCM. You still cannot remopve the the fuse block but you don't need to. Next remove two screws on the right side of the fuse block with your small ratchet. You will need to have about a eight inch extension to remove the one screw that is located on the top of the left side of the fuse box. I used a mirrow to guide the socket straight up along side the fuse box and was able to remove the screw. It really was not a hard thing to do. When the three screws are removed, the BCM will slide down and seperate from the fuse box. Reverese the procedure the reinstall. Good Luck
Is 1997 plymouth voyager front wheel or 4-wheel drive?
the voyager was avable with either FWD or all wheel drive, you will need to look under the van for a drive shaft going to the rear of the van, the AWD models were very rare, and all had a AWD emblem on the back door.

Radio and wipers work intermediately wipers will
I do know this is not a BCM problem. I had my radio on when I disconnected the BCM and the radio stayed on.It is possible that connector 4 at the junction box is loose. I know the radio connection goes through it, but not positive about the wipers. That is the only place I believe the radio and wipers have in common. Otherwise it is two separate problems.
How do I disconnect the a/c compressor on my
If you know where the pump is, then it will be simple to stop the A/C pump from coming on.First thing to check is make sure the controls are off. If the controls are off and the part of the pump in front of the belt pulley is turning, then you have a problem with the pump. With the engine OFF, you will see a two-wire connector at the top of the pump just behind the belt pulley. Carefully pull the connector off the pump and secure it away from the belt.Turn the engine on and make sure the part of the pump in front of the belt pulley has stopped turning. If it is still turning, you will need to replace the pump. I do not know of any way to bypass the pump with the belt, so the pump needs to be there.

It could be the half shaft. The joints should be completely covered with a rubber boot. If it is torn or missing, the joint will become damaged. You should not drive it if it is the half shaft since if it fails altogether, it could cause you to have an accident.
1996 plymouth voyager 3.3 fuel gauge don't work!
This is a wiring problem. I have an intermitten issue with the gauge. I have checked the connections at the junction box and BCM, but it did not cause any changes. One I have not checked but hope fixes it is a "cold" solder joint on the panel PCB. I have read other issues with it, so it may be the same.I suggest you check there first also.
Turns over but won't start radio works has
Check the fuel pump, you should hear it cycle every time you turn the key to the "ON" position. If not, check that it iis getting power with a volt meter or power tester. If it is getting power but not cycling, then it may need to be replaced.Check the coil pack with a spark tester (be careful that the "spark" does not "jump" to you because it will hurt). If no spark, then you will need to make sure it is getting power and signal to work. If it is getting power and signal but not "sparking", then it may need be replaced. If not getting power to above, then you need to check all the wiring connections. Disconnect and check to make sure is clean inside and that none of the connectors are damaged/broken/melted. Make sure the wires are securely attached to the connectors. Check that power is passing through each connection. If none of the above apply or work, then it is possible the ECM may be bad. The only 100% reliable place to have it checked is the Dealer as the have spefically made test equipment.
