Speedometer, odometer, and gas gauge not working

Sounds like you have a bad Instrument Cluster (Also called a Speedometer) and the easiest thing to do is to go to a Salvage Yard and replace it. You can also go to EBAY or www.car-part.com and there is a locator for cars by Price/Distance and you can get a used one. I just checked and there are 12 between the price of $15 - $40 on Car-Part.com.

1996 Plymouth Voyager Starts in 2nd gear and never shifts

The valve body is a part roughly the size of a 8 X 11 piece of paper, only about 4 inches thick. It is made of aluminum, and is really filled with lots of holes and passageways. It is up inside your transmission oil pan. As you drive, transmission oil is supposed to circulate inside this, and change your gears as you drive down the road. These do fail occasionally, and are expensive to replace, often costing 1,000 to 3,000 to change, as most shops will overhaul your whole transmission in the process. If you will type in " Ebay motors", and then type in "Plymouth valve body", you can see a picture of one.Be blessed.

How to change the spark plugs and wires

First you need to research your Make and Model vehicle and determine your spark plug size (5/8 or or larger) typically there are only 3 sizes but you'll need to know which as you will have to buy the Spark plug socket to remove them. Next you need to locate a online diagram or Haynes Manual to see if you yourself can reach or change the plugs and wires as some cars are built in such a way that only a Technician would know how to reach them properly. 3rd you will need to determine if the OEM wires (Original Equipment Manuafacturer) part is available (cheaper) or if you will have to buy a aftermarket set (Bosch or ACCEL). Removing plugs will require a Socket wrench, spark plug socket and extension. when putting in new plugs make sure you use Anti-sieze on the thread of the new plugs before installation (keeps from locking up into the head) also make sure you use Plug wire boot lubrication before putting in new wires (this helps make sure that future plug replacement is easy as it will help the boot slide on and off. That's it without knowing your exact make and model.

Once the timing belt break, and replaced, still no starting,,,mechanical guy say its the computer, its the second one.

I think I got most of what you said.If you can not troubleshoot the problem yourself, you'll have to have it towed to a different shop. You would need to know if you have spark to the plugs, fuel to the injectors, and normal compression now that the timing belt has been replaced.

96 voyager is very weak in power. when you press the gas pedal the engine starts missing and just about stalls

When was last tune-up ? Did this start suddenly? Any "check engine" light on in dash? Has fuel pressure been checked?

Shakes on the front right

Vibration, usually upon acceleration? Sounds like the passenger side axle may be (possibly)wearing as the clearances inside the axle wear out, creating excessive movement when under a load (acceleration). Usually a rapid vibration that increases as you speed up.
