I need to find where the fuse for the horn
you may have to pull each fuse one at a time to check which is blown and replace it unless you know how to use a netivity checker this will be the way to go. on some cars the horn is connected to the ignition buzzer ... if you exit the car while the keys are in it and you don't hear the buzzer try to track it down through that route. Your horn trumpett may be broken as well or the wires off check that too.

Low Coolant light comes on, popped hood and
You're mixing coolant and oil. Probably lower
intake gasket leak if you're not running hot, otherwise could be head
gasket or other issue. Occasionally a cracked core in the radiator will do this too.
You need to have it taken care of, if you have oil in the coolant,
you've also got coolant in your oil, the engine will begin to eat
