2003. Transmission torque converter clutch circuit performance or stuck off?
I assume you think the transmission will not go into overdrive. Either the torque converter clutch solenoid has failed, is stuck or is not receiving the signal to activate from the control computer (may be a wiring problem). You can check with a good code reader if there is an error code, and if a signal is being sent to the transmission by using the code reader in live view, but troubleshooting the solenoid should be left to a transmission repair shop as the oil pan must be dropped to get at it.
I have 2003 ford focus 2.0 SOHC SPI with a bad missfire
Yup, been there, done that. Found it was a bad injector. Replaced that one injector the test showed and runs great now. Check engine light should be on though because of this problem. The test will show you which cylinder is misfiring and that is the injector you change. My test showed #5 cylinder. The last # in the code read.

Power door locks
The wires maybe broke off and are in the door but it depends if there's one wire at the lock ? That's for the interior lights when the doors are opened do you have any power locks on the other door? You must check the actuator's that they work and are plugged in at the back of the door where the lock is and check any fuses for the locks and go to Ford owners manual come and download the manual for free then go to roadside emergencies and the fuse box diagrams are there and in locks and security for the remote control programming sequence the remotes you can get on eBay keylessking in farmingdale new Jersey is your best shot here it's a great place you can get other keys for your pats system and cut and program them or cut and clone it especially if you only have 1key it's a big problem if you lose it $350.+keys and a tow truck to the dealer or the same$$for a locksmith if he has the machine to do it so I would hit up keylessking on eBay they are very quick shippers and high quality remotes and keys other sellers have junk that doesn't work I know first hand once you cut the key you can't return it if it doesn't work so take my advice and use keylessking for your stuff you won't be sorry they are the best shop for this stuff I'm a taxi mechanic in NYC with 50+years of experience and the knucklehead drivers lose there keys all the time this is where I get them and 100 out of 100 have all worked so I stay with the best suppliers for parts and recommend them as well as rock auto.com for your hard parts good luck Stephen
Car stalls only when raining
The engine system most affected by moisture is the high tension electrical system, so it is unlikely to be the starter or similar shorting out, but something like moisture getting into the distributor or coil. You might want to liberally spray any of the popular Water Dispersant (WDxx or similar) products on all your high tension components and leads. You can of course, spray the lower voltage components too, just for kicks. These Water Dispersant sprays are very inert so they are unlikely to cause harm, but will help keep moisture away and minimise the chance of shorts.

Hissing is a BIG leak and should have been easy to find and fix the first time.
I replaced original cassette/radio in 2003 Ford
Instead of plugging the factory harness into the radio an adapter might be needed.

the above diagram is supposed to match your radio from the factory. The documentation with the new radio should provide the pins and plugs and what is on them. The correct plug or adapter should match up with the factory harness and work correctly.
