I have a A/F meter, but each vehicle is different.

Wipers do not require a relay. If your wipers are not functioning and a fuse is blown, the washer will not work either. If the washer works, check the wiper switch or the wiper motor, but wiper motors are normally very reliable.

You need to run some basic tests, first run a fault code test with the instructions found HERE, next check the fuel pressure under a load, it should be at least 46-52 psi and never drop. The test port is on the top of the engine in the pipe that supplies fuel to the fuel injectors, you need to buy a test gauge, about $20.00

take the dash apart so as you can get to the switch, unbolt and replace

Are you saying the booster is not working, and if so that would mean there is a vac leak somewhere ?

need new evaporator--chec blower motor and heater core too cause its expensive n alotta work------buy an original catylitic converter not an aftermarket--------

Sounds more like clutch...timing belt no.

It should be behind the instrument cluster.

I would look for a fuel leak sounds like a fuel pressure issue as well as a leak

There are a few things to check, first make sure all sparkplugs ,plug wires are good, in other words make sure engine is running smooth, a misfire will cause the smell and stalling so make sure tune up is not the problem first.The next thing to check would be make sure air filter is good and throttle body is clean.clean the plate and body around the plate, the oxygen sensor can also cause this problem and is often forgotten about, the last would be the idle air control valve that control idle , there are more things that can cause your problem but start with these.The most common problem may be as simple as the coolant temp sensor, this sensor if giving the computer a false signal with wrong coolant temp then this will cause this problem also.A scan tool or multi- meter would help in testing the coolant temp sensor. hope this is helpful, good day.

sounds like the converter is plugged up

There is a wiper speed control module or governor behind the instrument cluster. You can check with the dealer on price and what it looks like. It controls everything but high speed.You should be able to do a circuit test on it to see if it is working. The low speed side of the motor may be bad too.
