Where do the fuel lines run for a 86 dodge

Your fuel lines run along passenger side frame rail. From the fuel tank over axle and along inside of frame rail (pass side)

I need to flush out

I would use 10 W 40 oil in it. If you are in a super cold area use 5 W 30 in it. Castrol GTX is an excellent brand, you can use your personal favorite brand if you like. Avoid using store brands and stick with the brand names with oil. You will need to change the oil filter too when you change the oil, and you can get oil filters at any auto parts store. It is also a good idea, to change your air, and fuel filter regularly too. Figure out what you are going to do with your old oil before you drain it. Ask the auto parts store where you get the filter if they take old engine oil for recycling. Old 1 gallon milk jugs or old antifreeze jugs are great temporary containers to hold old oil.

On my 1986 Dodge Diplomat,

The control door inside the duct work under the dash has an electric motor that moves a little door to make the air blow out of different places. Like the door directs the air to the defroster, vents, and floor. This motor is not operating the door inside the duct work. You should be able to locate the electric motor by turning the key to the on position and not starting the car. Then press the defrost button, and then move the air to the floor. You should hear the motor. Make sure that the fan is not blowing full speed, so you can hear the motor. Either the motor is weak and not moving the door, or the door is in a bind.

1970 Dodge Dart 225 Slant

The carburetor spits when its flooded - so something must be wrong inside it. Since this is the second time it has stalled when turning left it appears that the level in the bowl is higher than it should so the mixture is way richer : turning left pushes the fuel to the left in the bowl, making the momentary level even higher over the jets so the mixture gets so rich that it can't be lighted anymore so the engine stalls.
You will have to dismantle the carburetor, check the float for leaks and readjust it before reassembling it. While you are there check the size of the jets, they might be larger than normal.

Trying to just keep front

I assume you are asking which resovoir in a split master cylinder is the one for the front brakes? It will almost always be the larger one if they are different sizes and that one will be closest to the firewall. (rearmost on the master cylinder)

The mixture is too rich, the carburetor is badly adjusted.Check first that the level in the carburetor is the correct one, next check that the air jet is free of junk that could block it, next check that the idle system is working correctly and doesn't syphon the fuel and finally check that the acceleration pump isn't leaking .

I have a 2002 Dodge Durango 4.7 l with the coil pack spark plugs but I'm not getting spark what do I do

Start with the silly, obvious things first. Check the coils packs are the correct ones and are seated correctly. Check the wiring connectors are also seated correctly. Have you checked for spark on all of the coils? This will test to see if it is the coils themselves or further back in the ignition system. Have you had the vehicle scanned for OBD trouble codes? This will help find out if it's a sensor causing the issue. Next you need to check for voltage going to the coil packs. Check them all to make sure it isn't just one or two causing the issue. After this I would suggest getting a good Auto electrician to look at it as it could be an issue inside the vehicle's electronics.
