Windshield wipers
sounds like the torque if it bent the arm or mount..first if the wipers are frozen dont ever turn the wipers on.. this burns out relays and fuses both....to release the wipers..pour lukewarm water(not hot) on the window to melt the ice or run the defroster at medium speed to avoid cracking the fragile windowglass..there is a clip on the bottom of the arm mount that can be moved to the side and the entire arm comes off (some are held on by a bolt under a cover at the base determine which is the case.. also check the underhood linkages to se if they are not bent either..watch for abnormalities in the working of the wiper arms and detrmine which need the attention..a body person can assist in this or someone who does detailing maybe..if you dont want dealer service to look at it..

If the code is 301 it means there is no power from that cylinder. It could be a problem with the ignition, fuel injector, or something mechanical.

I ran my 03 monte carlo out of gas put a gallon in
yes i had the same problem. you are gonna have to change your fuel pump, and fliter. and the reasoning why is becuz it has a senor in the pump and your car is picking up all the dirt thats been sitting in the bottom of the tank. and when you fill it up. its causing the car to stall out. Or it will start needing you to put gas to it when cranking. or you can jus turn the key and let the fuel go thru the lines. But thats what it seems like to me. Good luck!
Battery wrench andpasslock lites flash when engine starts
The security, antitheft, or passlock light is a visual indication that something in the car's antitheft system is failing. In most GM cars and trucks there is a hidden system that most people are unaware even exists. From the moment you put your key in the ignition, there begins a constant line of communication between your key's security chip or transponder, to the ignition's lock cylinder, and then to the car's TDM (Theft Deterrent Module). These 3 parts are in CONSTANT communication. If the key is in the ignition, then these parts are sending signals to each other. The security light illuminates when that signal gets broken, even just for a second. When the signal breaks, the car misinterperates this as an attempt at theft and goes into antitheft mode. The car thinks its being stolen or hotwired because it is not getting that signal from YOUR specific key. This is why the security light turns on and shuts down your vehicle. This link may help you find ways to bypass this or fix it yourself.
