I changed the ignition switch in my 2003 chevy monte carlo I did the 3 11 min steps and still wont try to start any suggestions

Is the security light flashing? Did the light respond to your 3/10 attempts. Make sure the battery is fully charged then just try to start. Many times while changing the switch the door stays open add to that your attempts to start and the battery will have enough current to run the starter but nothing left for ignition and fuel injectors. I hope this helps. Take care.

Is there a way to get in the back seat thru the trunk of a 2003 monte carlo ss

Doesn't appear to be. But if you are crazy patient you could tuck a metal rod with a 90 degree bend in it like a crank handle and theoretically tuck it in behind one of the seat halves to try and catch the release strap, then twist it forward. Might need another bend in what will be your handle end so you can apply enough twisting force to it. A second pair of eyes will be helpful so you will know if the rod has hooked up and how far you need to go. A number of Monte forums have run into this wall without a solution so good luck with cracking it.

Your heat cold damper is not closing. Actuator could be sticking or bad. Or some of the foam has come loose on the damper seal. Have seen leaves in the system causing obstruction. The problem is most vehicles require dash removal to fix the problem.

2003 chevy monte carlo... When I get up to about

The tune up should be part of the routine annual service - maybe the car hasn't been serviced or maybe it hasn't been serviced very well. I wouldn't describe a sputter as a misfire but undoubtedly some folk would - nothing is more confusing or misleading than the different terminology folk use to describe the same thing. If sputter is an accurate description it suggests momentary fuel starvation. I suggest you initially don't worry about what might be wrong with it. The car is probably ready for a grand birthday where just about everything is looked at, studied, cleaned and adjusted or replaced and generally poked and prodded by learned men and in the process the current problem might be cured. Considering your post it is the best starting point I can suggest.

Sometimes my car will start and others times it

This is a very common problem on GM vehicles. The security system is known to fail. Basically when you insert your key, the system checks for certain OHMS resistance. If the system cannot get the correct signal from the key, it assumes the key is incorrect and goes into SECURITY lockout mode. (prevents hotwiring) This has been happening with GM;s for a very long time. There are ways to bypass this now. Read through this page for info, solutions as well. http://www.diy-gm-security.com/

My 03 chevy monte carlo has a po102 code and I know the mass flow sensor connector is bad but will this cause the battery to drain for no reason? I hear a clicking noise coming from the gove compartme

If you have a light in the glove compartment that might be staying on. I would start pulling fuses one at a time until the clicking stops. Pull a fuse, still clicking, put it back and pull another. Repeat until you find the circuit causing the problem. That will narrow down where you need to look.
