The screaming sound is the blower motor bearing. the fan speed switch controls the grounding side of fan motor once on high it grounds the high speed fan relay. so lower speeds goes through blower motor resistor. this may be burnt out do to bearing is screaming tight to shaft creating a larger ampere draw that burnt it out.

the circuit board for the wipers is gone. remove plastic cover on wiper motor and get a new circuit board

There are many common oil leaks. If it is on the upper engine, valve cover gaskets. Lower engine bad oil drain plug or rear main seal

front timing cover seal, front main seal, rear main seal, oil pan gasket, valve cover gaskets.

When in park and you pin the gas it will cut at 3500 4000 rpm this is normal you need to drive it to check. Also I hope you didn't change the syncro for just the chirping noise, because it is a easy fix that nobody has mastered yet. I figured it out.

sounds like the torque convertor is bad

could be the button on the door could be sticking . may need to be cleaned may have dirt or undercoating on it.

If no leaks on outside and not lines leaking or calipers or wheel cylinders then the fluid is going around the cups inside the cylinder bore. If the fluid is black looking then the master is bad.

I'm going to assume the temp sensor is reading normal ?And there is no restriction in the return line to the tank ?Any chance there is excessive fuel in the oil ?

The actuator in the front axle will cause this. My 97 K1500 did the same thing, replacing the actuator fixed it.

Have to either tip up the box/bed or drop the fuel tank.

It could possibly be the relay itself or the horn. To test connect power straight to the horn, if it goes off then its the relay if not then its the horn.

i am assuming that this vehicle will not start without the gas poured into the throttle body? If so then there is a fuel dilevery problem which can be coming from injectors that are not firing due to clogged injectors or a malfunctioning injection pulse. or clogged fuel delivery system which is most probaly not the case due to you changing the fuel filter, or a bad fuel pump. you have some testing ahead of you.
