sounds like a suspension problem as weight being transfered around the suspension so get the springs and shock absorbers checked , easy check for shock absorbers, bounce car on each corner ,if car stops smoothly then ok but if continues to bounce after you've stopped bouncing it then the shocker is worn , get the springs tested at a garage as will need specific equipment etc

code p0303 refers to cyl 3 misfire detected ===causes engine mechanical fault--wiring--ignition/fuel system--injector--ECT/MAF sensor--ECM code p0316 refers to misfire detected during start up --first 1000 revs===causes --engine mechanical fault--wiring--ignition/furl system--injector the common fault cause is ignition/ fuel system and injectors so I would be checking fuel pressure and injector systems for clean and wiring connections are good especially on no 3 injector.

the transmission pump is internal to get to it you have to remove and tear down the transmission and that is more of a specialist [transmission rebuilder ] look up a local transmission shop and ask about what a rebuild would cost verses new replacement

Sounds like it may have blown a hose and you lost all the coolant. IT could also be that the puddle you drove through caused the head gasket to blow. At any rate, this is not going to be cheap.

If you have replaced the spring loaded belt tensioner ( leave the pully nut loose ) then on refitting the belt , at a point midway between the two cam pulleys there should be a maximum deflection of .37" to .45 " ( 3/8 to just under 1/2") with a 22 lbs load applied on the belt . the tensioner pulley is then tightened up at the pulley nut to 28 -38ft lbs torque setting
