The headlights went off while driving. All other lights still work. Fix?

This isn't that easy just to say fix ? This is a complex system ! The headlamp switch is a low voltage input to the BCM - body control module . The BCM then controls two relays low beam or high beam ! Don't either high or low work ? There could be DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes stored for circuit problems ! The fix if your not familiar with this ,would be to take your vehicle to a qualified repair shop !

Remove heater hose on a 2002 chevy trailblazer

I haven't looked up the heater hose on your vehicle. Usually I take a utility knife and split the hose, then peel it off the fitting. Jerking the hose around on the heater core end is not a good idea. Usually the hose will form around that fitting, use a utility knife, on the hose ends. You can take heater hose to auto store, show them what size and how long. You could have heater hose fittings that I'm not familiar with, I'd have to look at it, in that case.

Location of fuse for instrument cluster on 2002 trailblazer

If this is for the illumination bulbs in the cluster, that would be the park light fuse in the fuse panel. This should be in a panel under the driver's side dash. At least, that is the set-up for earlier model GM vehicles.
