How do you replace an oil pump on 2002 Chevy trailblazer

The engine is shot. Throwing an oil pump on it , is throwing away money and time. Oil pumps rarely go bad. Pull the oil cap, if the is sludge on it, it is way worse inside the engine. You'll clean it and slap on a pump. Only to find out the crank bearings are worn out and it starts knocking. Change the oil, add oil additive to it and drive it till it dies. Then scrap it or replace the engine.

My external temp. gauge is reading 1 degree when its hot outside. where is the ambient temp. sensor located and can it be changed by myself?

The external temperature sensor is usually located directly behind the grille and in front of the radiator. It should be relatively easy to find because it will be the only thing in that area with wires.

Were is expansion valve in a 2002 Chevy trailblazer in the truck

Are your asking about TXV valve thermal expansion valve for A/C system ? If you are ,yours doesn't have one . Has an orifice tube , The orifice tube is located in the liquid line between the condenser and the evaporator ! The orifice tube is the dividing point for the high and the low pressure sides of the A/C system. As the refrigerant passes through the orifice tube, the pressure on the refrigerant is lowered. Due to the pressure differential on the liquid refrigerant, the refrigerant will begin to vaporize at the orifice tube. The orifice tube also meters the amount of liquid refrigerant that can flow into the evaporator. Unless you are referring to the auxiliary A/C system for the back of the vehicle , it uses a The rear TXV is located at the rear evaporator inlet. The TXV is the dividing point for the high and the low pressure sides of the rear A/C system. As the refrigerant passes through the TXV, the pressure on the refrigerant is lowered. Due to the pressure differential on the liquid refrigerant, the refrigerant will begin to boil at the expansion device. The TXV also meters the amount of liquid refrigerant that can flow into the evaporator.

What's the Motorola box under my back seat Chevy

The motorolla box may be remnants of an old disk changer for the stereo. With an amp your power wire goes into the positive wire that goes to your battery, your ground wire will be connected to some bare metal close to wherever you decide to install the amp, and the blue remote wire will be connected to the remote wire that in on the wiring harness of your aftermarket radio ( I'm sure your not installing an amp with your stock radio). Good luck I hope this helps

Doesn't seem to be getting fuel. checked release valve by filter and there is fuel pressure but no fuel pressure on the valve up top.Tested and it said cam sensor, replaced and still nothing.

Possibly the crank sensor it tells the injectors and coils when to fire. Relieve fuel pressure then re pressurize the system if it gets pressure the fuel pump is good at least
