Have you got the valet switch turned on?

That is usually a problem with the overdrive lockup solenoid inside the transmission.

It sounds like you have a failed transmission.

Not sure what you're saying but if you mean the sunroof slides closed but the rear doesn't come down and seat fully, the I'd start by looking to make sure nothing is in the way of it fully closing, also when was the last time you greased the slides on the sun roof?

The actuators or air diverters are fubar. Motor is fine.

Probably the receiver for the key chip. It has to go back on. But it doesn't have to be programmed. Replace it and the security will go off. With the key of course.

are you driving over underground power cables when this happens?

Could be plug catalytic con.

Bad battery, replace with new one.

Most of the warning lights get power from the same circuit, and are grounded by their sending units, including the engine computer. So if one warning light is out, chances are the problem is the bulb or the circuit board in the instrument cluster.

Most likely the brake interlock switch on the brake pedal is faulty or disconnected or the solenoid which holds the shifter is faulty or disconnected.

Could be a problem with the airbag itself or could just be a faulty crash sensor. Need to take it to a shop that has a scan tool that will read airbag or SRS codes. Most handheld scanners can't read them.

You will need the dealer to check this out, the reason is the alternator output voltage is computer controlled on this make of car and it takes special equip to diagnose the problems that cause this voltage drop, it could be the alternator for it could be a poor connection or a defective powertrain control module

To diagnose the problem you will need to disconnect the linkage at the transmission and see if you can manually move the transmission selector into park when it's stuck. This will tell you whether your problem is with the shift lever in the car or with the transmission itself. If you can't manually put the car in park from the transmission lever I would first disconnect the neutral safety switch to make sure it isn't somehow jambing the mechanism. The next step would be to drop the transmission pan and inspect the internal linkage.
The bushings gets shot where the shift linkage connects to the transmission.
