Why is my key stuck in the ignition?
Try rotating the steering wheel. I've had this happen from time to time in cars where the wheel is almost in the lock position, but not quite. You may have to jiggle it to remove the key.
Power steering went out on 2011 ford fusion what is the problem
When you say went out what do you mean. These racks are not operated by a power steering pump. There is a large wiring harness that runs down along the front engine cradle that is in a loom. There should be a yellow and red wire which is your power feed for the rack. Make sure you have juice going to it. Also, these systems run off of controller area network. With where the wires are ran they are subject to the weather and corrosion. I have had cases where a blue and white CAN wire started to tear or had been torn and made contact intermittently.
Wipers not working
A little trick to try is untightening the mounting bolts of the wiper motor and then retightening. Sometimes its a matter of re-establishing a good ground.
The wiper parking problem is an internal wiper motor function. Some electric contacts are suppose to derail the motor and it is suppose to cycle into the locked position and turn off. Its last movements are automatic.
The intermittent part of the problem can be the contact switch on the turn stalk but there is a timer box on some models which the stalk switch controls. Some wiper motors have the timer box beneath a shield on the wiper motor. Those controls can be changed.
Only runs 3 cylinders
If your compression is fine, and you know you have spark, then I would suspect the fuel injector is not functioning. This can be the injector or the harness. If it is not too hard to get at them, try switching two of the injectors and seeing if the misfire changes to the cylinder that you put #3 on. This way you won't buy an injector unless you need it. If the misfire is still on #3 then you have a problem with the wires controlling the injector or possibly even a problem with the controller. (note, remember to replace the bad injector not the one you put in #3 if this works. )
Engine code P052A
Depending on your Year and mileage, this part may be a Warranty repair. There is a VCT solenoid which may clog. It is around the right side camshaft cover. You are better off having it looked at by Ford. There is a TSB for this repair.
