parts not good as they use be 20 years ago, if steering shaft break let the warranty cover it fix it.

Hi there:This code is a fault in the Intake Air Temp Sensor. When the code sets once, and then again in "pending" it just means that a system-wide check was done a 2nd time, and the P0113 has still failed, so the PCM files it as "pending" (still at fault after a re-check). Replacing the IAT Sensor should solve your problem.
