2007 Arctic Cat LCD Speedometer, gas gage, also 4 wheel drive selector (electric) and differential lock all quit at once. 4 wheel drive and differential lock now work peroidodicly. Have tested fuses.

I take help from online websites that have this service like helping in repair some like reliable-store have instant help.. others are a bit slow which I don't prefer... rest is up to u.. U can also get free manual works fine .
Check the connectors to the cluster and any other connectors in the harness that feed the cluster, one must be making a poor connection. If all is ok then the cluster may be defective.
You DROWNED it? Meaning you ran it into water so deep that it killed the motor? Chances are very good that you've done some very serious damage to that engine. Water doesn't compress, so you may have destroyed a piston or cracked the head.
Additionally, water - particularly if that water wasn't exceptionally clean (like distilled water) - will have done anything electronic no good at all, and chances are excellent that it's gotten into every gearbox on the machine.
Last and least, it may have gotten into your fuel tank. At least THAT's easy to drain & refill & add Heet to.
I had this problem with Artic Cat 500 and after ensuring the electric shift was working I discovered the mounts for the front drive shaft had broken and would not allow the shaft to engage. I suspect mine was caused by plowing but any number of things could break or bend these.
