I have replaced fuel pump and it has 55lbs pressure
SOURCE: no fuel pressure on 2.9 litre ford ranger
is the pumps running have you checked fuel comes out of it? if it does you will have to move on further along fuel line check next connection (fuel filter maybe) check there is stuff coming through there. Next goto other side of filter check there. Just go along the fuel line checking for fuel pressure. if there is fuel going all the way to the rail check the pressure regulator it may be stuck open therefore the gas would be getting pumped to the rail and going straight back to the tank i.e. no pressure.

The fuel pump is located inthe engine compartment. It has a fuel line running to the intake. Usually the top pump with the belt on it. Your fuel regulator, is located on the fuel tank. That you will have to go under the car to get at. No reason to drop the tank. If this helped please rate. Thank you

There is a fuel cutoff switch on the passengerside floorboard, towards the right kick pannel, there will be a little red button on top of it, check to see if that is tripped, also when you turn the key to the on position listen to see if you hear the fuel pump prime up, just a short buzzing noise from the underside of the cab, if you dont hear it, that is a good indicator that your fuel pump maybe bad, i would also check the pressure at the fuel rail, chrome or black colored bar located near the fuel injectors.

check the pulse on the injector wire with a noid lite or a meter. If no flash then you most likely need a computer. Its called a quad driver in the PCM thats fried. You may have a shorted component that caused it to fail.
Since you say it will run if you add fuel manually I don't suspect the crank sensor because you have spark.

I will assume you has a fresh tank of gas.
Here's a lot of to do / to check list.
clean air filter
clear air passage intake tube
clean mass air sensor MAS with electronic part cleaner
clean carb. or throttle body with carb. cleaner.
check or replace spark plug/wires/cap/rotor
check timing
change coolant (it's over due)
oil change (it's over due)
fuel filter (it's over due)
Give it a little TLC and it me know
