Test the compression using a compression tester.
My guess a valve is stuck closed.
A compression test will show this.

I hope you got this problem fixed, just happened to my predator, it was indeed the voltage regulator. I picked up a service manual that includes part numbers and installation procedures from www.promanuals.net for 15 bucks.

The troubleshooting charts for your ignition system are copyrighted and I cannot post them here. You can have access to them by subscribing to alldatadiy.com fo a small fee.

The MOST LIKELY cause of your problem is a failed distributor module. (inside the distributor) The symptoms you described can also be caused by many other things like loose or corroded connectors or even a failed Powertrain Control Module (PCM)

You are at thhe right trail what controls spark is coil pack crank sensor sparkplugs and plug wire but the most important is power . I mean 12 volt connections and ground This includes checking fuses you need a simple volt meter doesnt have to expensive or fancy just to pick up 12 volts let start with fuses in the engine juction box (there not mark to what it belongs to) make sure none are open. especially fuse 19 and 24 , next go to the crank sensor make sure the tabs are snuggly on now to the coil pack there is a red and light green wire this comes from ignition and feeds 12 volts at the coil pack measure that voltage is it 12 volts if not correct it this is from ignition switch ( you can make a tool that feed 12 volt with a wire and a fuse in series and attatch it to battery and the primary wire this is known as hot wire) next go to the ECM wiggle the wires see if that get a connection going if not go back to the ICM here are the wire you are to measure the tan light green, this is from ECM and it is pulsed it measure 5vlts to 0 volts switched then measure the tan orange the same thing 5 volts to zero, then tan white again 5vlts to zero. any one of these 5 to zero fails you fix is the ecm

05 Polaris predator 90cc cranks but wont start have changed all electrical parts an top end rebuild

Do not know where to begin. Does the engine have compression? Are the valves adjusted correctly? Is it getting fuel, fresh fuel? Is there a spare to the spark plug? Is voltage getting to the ignition system, all fuses ok?

Where should the jets be set on a polaris predator 90 ?

The jets are preset, they have specific diameter hole sizes. The air screw is usually 1.5 to 3 turns out from lightly seated position. Adjust while engine is hot! The idle screw is a personal preference.. not too high.

Sounds like one of the wires on the loom might have come undone, just run through the loom, especially all the wires to the ignition. If that fails, looking at the model, could potentially be a CDI failure. Good luck
