1. Consider the mounting brackets.. do they match...
2. Does the R&P attach to the steering column the same way/fit/function.
3. overall length (gotta be the same)..
4 ratio.. how many turns lock to lock.. make sure the two units the same....
5. Do they have the same outer tie rods? (ball joints)
If yes to all of these, then YES it will work!!
The Machine is new, do you have a warranty? Has the machine been sitting for a while? If so, a professional carb/fuel system cleaning and a new spark plug should take care of it.
I WOULD take it o the dealer and find out what the code means!!
pull the sensor out on flywheel side turn the engine till the v lines up with that hole set all 4 lines on cam sprockets straight across with i and e up and the lobes facing away from each other
Ignition timing is done by the ECU and can't be adjusted; camshaft and balance shaft timing done during engine build-up
im having the same type of issue but with a sportsman 500 but it goes about 5 feet and locks into 4x4 stearing jerks and brings itssel to a stop im thinking electrical or front diff or even transfer case.
