Your LCD or Control Board is damaged. You can replace the LCD or the Board or have someone do it for you.

These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. screen problem

I have a tv sony lcd klv32bx300 when turning on works for about 15mins then sfhuting down and blinks 3times the red led on standby signal . Then stop for 2sec and again blinks 3times. I bought this tv in the middle east but we are h ere now in phils. I br ought this problem here in sony service center but the cost to repair this problem is half of the price when i bought. Any one can help to fix this problem

It sounds like the LCD backlight is done for. You're going to have to take it in for service to get the backlight replaced.

try unplugging it from the power outlet, hold and press its power on switch for 10 seconds, and test it again. you may also want to try another power outlet.

I couldn't find out if the Vaio pcg 252l was either a monitor or laptop, but if it is a laptop, I have to dissapoint you because there is not possible to do, because the laptop isn't made to be used as a monitor, but if the Vaio is a monitor(basicly a screen), then all you have to do is to either connect a HDMI cable from the xbox to the monitor, or you can use a SCART cable, all depending on which are available on the monitor/xbox.HDMI have better quality, in case you could use both cables.

This TV is 10 years old and probably requires a service that replaces the backlight invertor or just a power supply issue. Check to see if the light blinks. (That is the fault code and then google the result for more information).

All questions need 'make model (what is is)' as first 3 words in every question please. Television? Stereo? Sound bar? ICE? The grinding noise makes me think you have a cooling fan issue, in which case the flashing LED would be signaling an overheat situation. You can Google sony model blink codes ..
