Samsung dishwasher why is F2 not explained

Hi, F2 means that the Main Control Board is not getting the right signal from the user interface, turn off the power to the machine & then go to you tube there are several videos showing the correct way to remove the screws to give you access to the inner door liner to check all the contacts are clean & connected properly, as if this doesn't correct it then the user interface is probably the cause as it is most likely faulty & needs to be replaced, but to be sure I would follow the step by step tutorial on you tube for your make & model....

I hope this helps....

I have a samsung DW7933 dishwasher and was wondering where the motherboard is located ?

you are looking for the main control board on your washer it is located under the unit if you are experienced with this type of basic electronics follow the video below to locate and remove but by all means shut the circuit breaker off first before attempting any repairs. My Samsung dishwasher runs almost 3 hours on a normal setting. This seems very excessive. Am I doing something wrong or is it starting to not operate properly?

That seems to me to be normal unless you have a "Quick wash" cycle that you can select.
