Have you tried unplugging it? If you have and it still doesn't work try resetting it, you can look up how to reset it, on google, i've had to do this before

Hello I Would suggest to try this, pull out the power cable from the wall socket, and while holding down CBL/SAT, press ON/STANDBY. and plug in the power cable again. hope this will work.

It's either in protection, or you have an internal power supply issue. First way to check it would be to disconnect all speaker wires from the receiver then turn it back on. If it still clicks, it will need service. If you need further help, post a comment and I can help you further.

Use Deoxit on the switch. It is a contact cleaner available at Radio Shack and Fry's. Exercise the knob well. It worked for me on my newly acquired Onkyo A809.

Could be dirty laser lens, dying laser, faulty component, Due to the complexity of multi-disk changers, it may be best to have the device looked at.
