Onkyo T-4530 tuner not keeping stations
well there are only 3. ways.
1: battery + NvRAM<< a coin cell seen any sized even soldered.
2: eeprom chip (look MA/ no battery ever. (pure joy)
3: supercap _+ NVRAM
what is there only takes looking
if no battery and no FARAD HUGE super cam then it is #2
the super cap is the only huge cap there marked FARADS
and not marked uF. not microfarads

Best converter for HDMI (ARC) port on TV to onkyo tx-ds555 receiver
Your receiver appears to have a digital optical input, so no converter would be needed, just an optical fiber cable (TOSLINK) between the two optical ports. However, the manual for your receiver states that several functions don't work unless there is also an analog connection. If you must have those, you can use an HDMI audio extractor. You may also need an adapter cable to convert 3.5 mm stereo audio to a pair of RCA phono plugs to make the analog connection.

I Would suggest to try this, pull out the power cable from the wall socket, and while holding down CBL/SAT, press ON/STANDBY. and plug in the power cable again.

It's either in protection, or you have an internal power supply issue. First way to check it would be to disconnect all speaker wires from the receiver then turn it back on. If it still clicks, it will need service. If you need further help, post a comment and I can help you further.
Onkyo integra a-809 amplifier
Use Deoxit on the switch. It is a contact cleaner available at Radio Shack and Fry's. Exercise the knob well. It worked for me on my newly acquired Onkyo A809.
