LG dishwasher error code E1
E1 is a code that the dishwasher displays after detecting a leak. There is a sensor on the pan at the very bottom of the unit. Take the bottom front panel off, look under the unit at the hose coming off the pump and your fill line to be sure no water is dripping. Run the unit in a wash cycle while doing this if possible.

Most Frequent Causes for OE - DRAIN ERROR // Water not draining correctly. The manufacturer has assigned this error or fault code to indicate a problem with the water drain pump. Check the drain hose for kinks or clogs. Check the drain pump for any obstructions inside the pump housing.
Also, check the sink drain.

Can you hear the drain solenoid activate when it advances to the drain cycle? If you can hear it open, then the circuit is functioning on the control side, if water does not drain out, then the drain valve is clogged.
