If not you can go to lexmark.com and go to support and drivers and get them there. Make Your Selection ,<-click there for support drivers.

Hello, This doesn't take ink, it only takes toner and you can get from Best Buy , Staples or Wal mart.

Have you confirmed that the power source is pumping out the correct voltage/amps with a voltmeter, too? I'm assuming you meant that you verified the power outlet works?

Kill the job on computer that sent the print job. If the job fails to clear you can stop and start the print spooler Right click My Computer > Manage > Services.Right click Print Spooler > Stop then Start. That should clear the job.Same principle pertains to a network printer, but needs to be done print server.
