After removing the oval button cap on the back of the handle loosen the set screw behind it and pull the handle up. The bonnet is threaded so hold the faucet body with one hand (I used a gel hot pad for a better grip) and turn the bonnet counterclockwise. Be careful not to let the entire faucet body turn or it may loosen the bottom bolt that keeps it pulled down onto the base o-ring. Then remove the nut in the same manner and you can simply pull the valve body straight up. To install just reverse this procedure.

Remove the aerator by unscrewing it. Clean out the crud that is probably clogging the screen.

No most faucets today are not made as good as early year faucets.

The Drain handle can be adjusted under the sink, you can remove the retainer and adjust the lever.

There are "o" rings in the area where it is leaking. You can get them at almost every hardware chain. Clean everything well with scotchbrite ant put silicon grease on before you put it back together.

Try unscrewing the drain and replacing the seal. Here is the link to the seal: Kohler K-1070521

You'll have to turn off the water using the shutoffs or if there are none by turning off the main. open a faucet on the lower floor of the home to remove most of the water out of the system if you have to shut the main. using an allen key remove the handle. then using an adjustable wrench or crescent wrench or as a last resort a set of channel locks remove the big nut at the top of the faucet and remove the stainless steel ball assembly. You'll have to undo the hose going to the faucet from under the counter and pull the spray attachment out. Then wiggle and pull up on the spout to slide it off. Clean any lime deposits with CLR or any other descaler. You can scrape some of it off with a knife if you must. When both the spout and the shaft where it is to slide onto are both clean remove the old o-rings, replace with the new ones. Slide the spout back on. You can grease the o-rings with plumbers grease to help seal them but also to help slide on the spout easier. You can replace the seals and springs inside where the stainless steel ball goes if you please. Reassemble everything. Turn on the water. Remove and clean the aerator of any debris (done every time you do plumbing) Test that the faucet moves from side to side without leaking. Different models may have different procedures and or different o-rings in different locations. Do what you must to change the o-ring that needs changing.

the most common reason for a drain to leak is that the plumbers putty around the drain where it meets the sink or tub has dried out and has a crack or void in it. Unscrew the drain from inside of the tub and check the plumbers putty. There is an inexpensive drain wrench sold at hardware stores, lowes and home depot that makes this an easy fix.

My husband is a plumber. He says u need to pull it off with pliers. U need to just pull it off. It may take a couple tries, but it should come out.

Should be valves under your sink for the faucet. #1 Make sure they are opened up enough. If either device is new, they should support this issue.Old plumbing can also cause this. Build up in the lines.They can only be replaced to fix. Some water heaters have adjustable valves, make sure if you have them they are opened as needed. Remember, too low flow can cause over heated water.

Hello James, You might want to try changing the washer on the end of the stem. Try using a beveled washer instead of a flat washer. You might not have to turn the knob so hard to turn it off. Good luck hope this helps.

You probably have a faulty seal in the valve. You will need to take apart the faucet and determine what seal is bad. Contact the manufacturer or a local hardware store to see if they have a replacement valve cartrige for your faucet or individual parts.

Check to be sure the hose isn't kinked somewhere below the faucet. If there aren't any kinks there is likely debris stuck behind the nozle screen, remove it and clean it- or your handle mechanism is broken. Replacement handles and hoses are fairly inexpensive if you need one they're easy to find at most big hardware stores or on Amazon

All aerators screw in, one way or another. If the faucet end presents as a cartridge screw on type, it will unscrew from the supply piping and is then further disassembled.
Those flush with the end of the fixture are either remoed from the end, or are removed by removing the nozzle from the supply piping (usually flexible/retractable) and then disassembled from the supply side.
