Haier HF50CW20W stopped working
It sounds like your chest freezer may have a problem with its compressor. The fact that the compressor is cool to the touch suggests that it may not be turning on at all.
Here are a few things you can check:
- Make sure the freezer is properly plugged in and that the outlet has power
- Check the thermostat setting to ensure it is set to the correct temperature
- Check the compressor's overload protector. It may have tripped and will need to be reset.
- Check to see if the compressor is getting power by using a multimeter to test the continuity of the compressor's start and run windings
- Check the compressor's capacitors. They could be damaged and need replacing
- Check the evaporator fan motor, if the fan is not running, the compressor will not turn on.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, it may be best to contact a professional or the manufacturer for further assistance.

Haier #HDE10WNAWW apt size refrig. Freezer good , fridge not cooliing.
If the freezer is working properly but the refrigerator is not cooling, there could be a few different issues causing the problem. Here are a few things you can try to fix the issue:
- Check the thermostat setting: Ensure that the thermostat is set to the appropriate temperature. If it is set too low, the fridge will not cool properly.
- Check the condenser coils: The condenser coils may be dirty or clogged, preventing the refrigerator from cooling properly. Clean the coils with a brush or vacuum.
- Check the door seal: Make sure the door seal is tight and not damaged. If the seal is not tight, cold air will escape and the refrigerator will not cool properly.
- Check the evaporator fan motor: If the evaporator fan motor is not functioning properly, it could cause the refrigerator not to cool.
- Check the compressor: If the compressor is not functioning properly, the refrigerator will not cool. You may need to call a professional to check the compressor.
- If you have tried all the above steps and the problem persists, it's best to contact the manufacturer or a professional for further assistance.
Please note that it's also possible that there could be other issues causing your refrigerator not to cool, so it may be best to seek the help of a professional if the above steps do not resolve the problem.
