Most games allow you to change the resolution in settings and will automatically adjust the settings, as needed. the other options are to manually change you resolution settings in Windows or to play the game in windowed mode, adjusting resolution size, as needed.

Check your payment method for monthly subscritions. Sometimes they are deceptive and you gotta make sure what it says. Paypal as a payment method offers monthly subscriptions. Google wallet does as well. Login and double check.

When you join some games on line, you agree to the games terms. The fine print may say free for the first month, but then start charging at the second month until you cancel. I would contact the company and cancel. Also ask them to refund any back payments. good luck!
