A very simple solution to r epairing all by yourself is getting help from handbooks, they're very detailed and complete in every way so fo r me it was my best source to repair
one of the top sites for this is https://big-manuals.com/
Hi,
I searched, and the manual for this model is useless for this problem (the "factory reset" option is in one of the inside menus, which you won't be able to see.
I can't promise this will work, but in most Android devices that I've worked with, there is a two-button combo. With the device turned off, simultaneously press and hold the "volume-up" and the "On" buttons, which would turn it on and boot in basic mode, which in turns allows a hard factory reset in the options.
Best of luck,
Charlie.
Hello, you can check the active day, go to setting/ About Phone/ then on the right windows look Status, click, so you can see the Uptime on your device.
Try to restart and/or shut off your phone, and make sure it does not need any updates. If that does not work, take out the battery (if you can) and leave it out for a while. If that still does not work, then ask a professional.
