I want to know how to format my sony ericsson naite's (j105i) phone memory........i know how to format my memory card.....bt not my phone memory....help me please!!!!!!!!!!

you must have set a phone lock code ..... if you have not then read the manual for the default phone lock code....

you cannot format the phone. but you can delete some files using pc suite

during open code memo in my mobile Sony Ericsson j105i naite is showing wrong password. please get me out of these without loosing the data.

Seems your fault can be related to a hardware issue in the mother board but just to take a possible solution to reset if the phone has hung up because there of errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone hangs up then it is confirmed that the software is corrupt and will need a reinstallation. Seeking help from the authorized service /support centre is most ideal. Take estimate and decide.

hi have you formatted it in the wrong format? ie, NTFS, FAT32, FAT there are 3 different types of format put it back in your computer and try formatting it with a different type of format, your phone might not recognize the format that it is in hope this helps
