Need instruction how to call forward? - Cell Phones

I can't forward any "instructions" because you never specified FOR WHAT.
In any case, you can find these instructions, if available, doing a GOOGLE search yourself for terms
Instructions o Manual, your unspecifed "phone" indicating the make and model

you need to go to http://portforward.com,
find your router model,
then find the game you wish to forward the ports for.
an advertisement will pop up so do not be discouraged by its $30 nessits completely free
it will give you detailed instructions on how to port forward for your router model.

1. you don't need port forwarding to get the vent client to work.
2. if you're having issues doing port forwarding to your vent server, then you need to check out port forwarding instructions for your specific device - which can be found organized by manufacturer here.

What is the manufacturer of your router so I can get a user guide and taylor the instructions if needed?

Generally I would statically address the device to be forwarded to. If your router address is 192.168.1.1 and Subnet mask of 255.255.255.0 and it's DHCP server controls address 192.168.1.100 for 50 leases to 192.168.1.149 then consider using the range 192.168.1.2 - 192.168.1.99 uniquely as static IP addresses. There are more starting at 192.169.1.150 but let's ignore them for now. In the network adapter to recieve port forwarded content assign a static IP address based on the above as say 192.168.1.15 with a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0 and a default gateway of 192.168.1.1. The DNS addresses should also be static however depending on your router there may be an option. Some routers allow their address to be entered as the DNS address and pass requests as appropriate to the DNS servers loaded in their lan configurations, otherwise you will enter your ISP supplied DNS addresses into the network configuration.

Now that we have established a stable IP address to forward the port to we need to tell the router everything it sees for port 5060 gets forwarded to IP Address 192.168.1.15 port 8000. If detailed instructions are needed I will need to know the manufacturer and model of your router.

YOU CAN FORWARD but to do this you need to have this feature enabled by your phone service provider. Then, follow their instructions on how to enable and disable this feature based on your calling plan.
